How to publish photos

Well many people don't actually know how to tinypic.com because its kind of confusing. So there isnt only tinypic that you can use, there's also:

(1) If you have windows 7, search up on your pc this 'Microsoft office photo manager'.

(2) I found a website which is better then tinypic and more easier, here's the link... http://www.picnik.com/
